That is the entire qualification. We are looking for the absolute best for our students. If your subjects feel fun to you and others just don’t get it, this is a place you’ll thrive. Our mentors are recent IB graduates teaching the subjects they scored highly in, to students sitting the same papers they sat. Flexible hours, paid per session, no teaching background required.

It is the supreme art of the teacher to awaken joy in creative expression and knowledge.
Each of us aced our papers, and that is how we know the syllabus is still current in your head — but it is not the dealbreaker. Teaching approach and reliability exist to answer one question: can you find the exact place a student is stuck, and get them unstuck in words they already have? Some of the best mentors we have are not the highest scorers on the list. They are the ones who still remember being confused, and who used a highly effective approach to get through it.

One subject, one class and one small group at a time. You teach what you aced, what you’re currently pursuing in college, and what you love.

Per session
Every session you run is paid. No unpaid trial weeks, and the rate is agreed before your first student.

You set the availability and we match within it. University terms, exam weeks and holidays are yours to block out.

We look for a genuinely student-centric, practical approach — a score alone does not tell us this.
Evidence
The minimum we accept is 40/45, and above that a score decides nothing else.
